High-quality live audio and video feeds from India’s most venerated religious sites, 24/7/365.
As the birthplace of four of the world’s major religions—Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, and Sikhism—India is a very religious nation. In fact, a recent survey by the Centre for the Study of Developing Societies found that 93% of the nation’s people believe in God, 64% regularly visit a temple, mosque, or gurudwara, and 53% pray daily.
The challenge is that in today’s world, people are finding that it’s increasing difficult to attend religious services and visit religious sites as often as they want. The solution is Live Darshan.
This innovative service delivers high-quality, live streaming video and audio feeds on multiple platforms from the most venerated and remote religious sites across India. To provide this very important service, we invested more than five years building relationships with the temples and government agencies. As a result, we were able to obtain exclusive global Internet and satellite broadcast rights. These feeds are now available 24 hours a day, seven days a week on the Internet, satellite TV (DTH), and mobile platforms.
At each temple, we provide complete end-to-end services, including camera equipment, encoders, and last mile connectivity, along with backup. We also maintain experienced and dedicated teams onsite to manage the services around the clock and ensure continuous availability.
Currently, our temple list includes Shirdi Saibaba (Shirdi), Kashi Vishwanath (Varanasi), ISKCON Juhu (Mumbai), Siddhivinayak (Mumbai), Govind Devji (Jaipur), Vithoba (Pandurang) temple, (Pandharpur), Hanuman Temple, Patna. Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh ghat (Varanasi), Shri Dagduseth Ganpati Temple (Pune), Shri Nainadevi Temple (Himachal Pradesh), Shri Tuljabhavani Temple (Maharastra), Shri Bamleshwari Temple (Chattisgarh), and ISKCON temple (Bangalore).
